A full-time job in governmental and municipal services - with a regular salaries and an employment benefits - looks attractive. Especially in the province, especially for women with children, graduates and people who are undecided. Applicants are happy to sign a labor contract with their employers, exchanging their life time for a sense of stability.

There are 160 employees in our institution, 130 of them are women. I photograph my colleagues in such atypical spaces of office as technical rooms, warehouses with disassembled furniture, in archives with written off case records. I take pictures within 48 minutes, during lunchtime, while people have lunch, just have lunch.
